Randall is the founder and president of Creatively Speaking®. He was an IBM Program Manager and an IBM Executive Advocate. During his 20 years with IBM, he led research and development projects in a variety of management, programming, architecture, and marketing responsibilities.
Randall holds an MS in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota. He was the Vice President of Administration at Crossroads College and an adjunct professor at the University of Wisconsin.
In contrast to this, he has been a professional entertainer for over 20 years. As a master magician, ventriloquist, MC, and one of America's top clowns, he has performed many times on TV in North America and Europe, Bally's Grand in Las Vegas, Disney World in Florida, and The White House in Washington, DC.
