Why join NSA-MN?
Chapter meetings:
Chapter meetings feature a speaker who has expertise in areas that help you with your speaking business. From marketing to platform skills we invite the best in the business. In addition you will network with other speakers and enjoy a meal together. Membership also includes admission to our annual gala event. There are eight chapter meetings per year and with membership you are welcome at no cost.
Additional programming:
In addition to chapter meetings there are additional program opportunities throughout the year such as workshops, deep dives, and fireside chats on topics that build skills or go deep on a single topic. These are offered to members at either a discounted rate or no charge.

- $495 - Professional Membership
- The Professional Membership is for individuals who want to start or grow their speaking business and includes a listing in the online directory, a listing in eSpeaker, inclusion in the monthly newsletter, attendance at Annual Gala, Summer & Winter Socials and chapter meetings.
- This membership is valid for 12 months from the registration date.
- $249 - A La Carte Membership
- The A la Carte Membership is for individuals includes a listing in the online directory, a listing in eSpeaker, inclusion in the monthly newsletter, attendance at Annual Gala, Summer & Winter Socials and 50% off of the guest rate for chapter meetings.
- This membership is valid for 12 months from the registration date.
- $100 - Legacy Membership
- The Legacy Membership is for members age 65 or over and includes a listing in the online directory, a listing in eSpeaker, inclusion in the monthly newsletter, attendance at Annual Gala, Summer & Winter Socials and chapter meetings.
- 25 years of NSA-MN membership is required to qualify for this rate. Please contact us with questions.
- This membership is valid for 12 months from the registration date.
- $1,695 - Speaker Academy Membership - As of September 8, 2025, all of the 2025-26 Speaker Academy spots have been filled. If you would like to be added to the list for next year's Speaker Academy, please send us an email.
- The Speaker Academy Membership is a comprehensive educational programming designed to teach the business of professional speaking.
- This membership is valid from September - May of the following year.
